Is our data used to train AI models?
No. Anthropic and OpenAI do not train their models on prompts, files or answers sent through their business APIs, which is how every request from your workspace is sent.
What makes this different from ChatGPT Team or Claude for Work?
Each firm gets its own separate application and databases at its own address, both Claude and GPT in one place, US-only processing and retention rules you set. You are not one account inside a shared consumer product.
Which AI models are included?
Claude from Anthropic and GPT from OpenAI. Staff can switch between them in any conversation.
Can we upload client documents?
Yes. Upload PDFs, Word files and spreadsheets and ask questions about them. Files are stored in your firm’s workspace only. Do not upload patient health information.
How long does setup take?

Can we cancel?
